You're here because you're a seeker - you know there's a higher potential within you. You aren't settling for less than you know you're capable of.

For most of my life, I've had conversations with the highest version of myself. In some of my darkest moments, I'd ask the Chelann 5 years from now for advice. I found her voice comforting. She'd always tell me that everything that I need is already within me. I just needed to find the right practices and experiences to draw them out.

So here we are. I've run a podcast before... But this one is different.

Chelann Again is a space where together we're going to explore practices, modalities, and experiences that draw out the highest version of ourselves.
I'm starting this podcast for you, but also for myself. I'm curious, passionate, and thrilled to have a platform to bring on people who have refined their essence. It's an inside job - your internal reality creates your external reality. Often, the wealth my guests have found inside of them has manifested into deep passions, careers, and ultimately building the life of their dreams.
